1. Registration and payment

Registration for the training is binding, and the training is paid in full upon booking. After registration, the participant will receive a payment confirmation by email. The contract is considered to have been concluded when the payment has been made.

2. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation must be made in writing by email.

• Cancellations no later than 14 days before the training date: The participation fee will be refunded, but we will deduct an administration fee of 50 euros.

• Cancellations less than 14 days before the training date: No refund.

3. Transfer of participation

• Participation can be transferred to another person at no additional cost.

• The transfer must be notified in writing no later than 7 days before the training date .

4. Postponement or cancellation of training by the organizer

• The organizer reserves the right to postpone the training date or cancel the training due to force majeure.

• If the training is cancelled by the organizer, the participant will be offered the opportunity to participate in a later training or a refund.

• The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation costs.

5. Absence from training

• If the participant does not arrive at the training and has not cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions, the payment will not be refunded and participation cannot be postponed to another date.

Special considerations:

14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act

Consumer customers who register for training via distance selling (e.g. via websites or email) have the right to cancel their participation within 14 days of registration without giving any reason. However, this right of cancellation does not apply to training that begins before the end of the cancellation period, and the customer accepts this when purchasing the service.
